The system has the ability to load budgets or proposal information to compare actual time spent against such targets. It can also compute possible cost over-runs, early on.
The system gives supervisors an up to date cumulative billing record to compare against the original budget. It can also be linked to graphs to give pictorial display of the information. You can go into the archives to gather or compare information from past projects, which can become the basis for future tenders or quotes. You are able to do postmortems to see where cost and time over-runs were, to ensure this doesn't happen in future. If required, you can retrieve information from remote locations from the database, with password and security to ensure only authorized parties have access.
